For 2025 this was the CCRA’s second time participating in the judging panel for the photo contest, and the task was challenging due to the exceptional number of high-quality entries,” said Bélanger-Parker. “Ultimately, the judges unanimously agreed that Guay Inc.’s submission stood out as the winning photo, thanks to its excellent composition, framing, and overall quality.”
